• A well designed website, which loads quickly, offers cross browser compatibility and is free of any malware, viruses or trojans. (All sites are scanned by McAfee on a regular basis to check for problems of this sort).
• Prominent display of a customer services contact number, email address, live chat or contact form.
• Terms and conditions should be clearly on display.
